IRG is a new entity of the exciting start-up company Intelligent Automated Retractable Gates (ARG). The company is a new venture with Shenzen Hongmen Technology Corporation.

Sales (Products)

IRG's automated retractable gates are manufactured under the strict assembly line with the highest quality in mind at Hongmen Corporation's manufacturing facility in Shenzen, China. Not only are they flexible and customisable, IRG's automated retractable gates range from safety lights illuminating the span of the gate to text wall programming for advertising or notice purposes.

IRG's products are suitable for large open spaces that require safety barriers for entrance and exit purposes. They can also serve as temporary barricades for the control of traffic flow. More importantly, IRG's automated retractable gates eliminate the need to designate a sliding storage zone, a common feature of conventional sliding gates whereby construction of a single or dual track is compulsary to ensure these cumbersome gates slide within the required space.

Experience also shows that after a lengthy period of loading (i.e. vehicles traversing over the tracks), conventional sliding gates tend to wear down, causing them to become difficult to slide. IRG's automated retractable gates eradicate this problem with the introduction of Magnetic Guidance Sensors (MGS), which guide the smart gates to its hidden pre-chartered course. This breakthrough in gate technology is a result of Hongmen Corporation's endless pursuit of continuous research and development.

Spare Parts

IRG's products are designed to be durabe and long lasting up to 15 years if maintained well and serviced regularly. However, should any parts require replacements in anytime, IRG will provide clients with a one-for-one spare parts cheme, i.e. every single part of the automated retractable gates installed will have a spare stored in our warehouse. Not only that, we also work closely with Hongmen Corporation to maintain an ever-ready supply of spare parts.

Disadvantages of Conventional Swing or Sliding Gates

Common power-operated doors tend to sway during the start and stop functions. Their operation is also often intermittent. These gates produce friction noises and often cause the articulated pipes to be fractured. Extended traffic over the guiding tracks cause deformation and subsequent derailment of the gates, resulting in them being stuck in place. Damaged conventional swing or sliding gates must be replaced as a whole. In the case of power supply outage, the gaes are rendered virtually immobile due to the extensive weight. This can be extremely hazardous in the event of a fire. Due to the short lifespan on their motors, the gates are less reliable and durable.

Overheating of the motor is a norm, due to repeated extensive usage of the gates. A poor gating system, especially with a 1:1 ratio of open space to be gated versus sliding gate space.

A resistance shield is mounted into the holes of every extendable fin to eliminate harsh friction noises during operation. It has passed one million 45-degree rotation tests under load without any significant loosening. 2. COMPLEX SELF-LOCKING WEAR-RESISTANT CONNECTION
This unique technology replaces the traditional perforated hinged construction in conventional sliding gates to make intelligent automated retractable gates firmer and more advanced.

3. ANTI-WIND STRUCTURAL
These specially designed device ensures intelligent automated retractable gates function normally even under high wind loading. It is a patented technology that has overcome the problem of collapsing and swaying commonly faced by power-operated gates. 4. BUILT-IN CLUTCH
In the event of a power supply outage, the functions of the intelligent automated retractable gates may be reverted to manual operations simply by activating this built-in clutch with the turn of a key clutch. 5. LINEAR FINE ADJUSTMENT
This device may be used to adjust any minor deviation produced during operation.

6. 300,000 RECIPROCATING TESTS
Within the 10-metre benchmark, all wheels of the intelligent automated retractable gates show no significant wear and tear after going through these tests. Not only that, any drift sand or stone accumulated due to wind and rain will not affect the normal operation of these gates. 7. INTELLIGENT INFRARED DOUBLE-PROVE ANTI-COLLISION
